Shore Insights Marketing provides marketing consulting services including SEO strategy, social media strategy, paid advertising structure, content strategy, and marketing analytics interpretation. We do not provide lead generation services and do not sell or distribute consumer data.
By submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you regarding your inquiry or requested services. We do not use submitted information for unsolicited marketing campaigns unless explicitly consented to.

All services are advisory and strategy-based unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deliverables and scope are defined per engagement.
All original strategy materials and deliverables remain the property of Shore Insights Marketing until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive rights to use delivered materials for internal business purposes unless otherwise specified.

Payment terms are agreed upon before services begin.
We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or marketing results. Outcomes depend on multiple external factors including market conditions and execution.

Shore Insights Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Either party may end services with written notice according to agreed terms.
